THE CHANNEL BETWEEN MARINA PACIFICA MALL AND THE MARINA PACIFICA CONDOMINIUMS
BECAUSE THEY:

• Are overly loud for the confined acoustic space of the channel
• Disturb the neighborhood at all hours of day and night
• Pose a danger to the many kayakers who visit our channel, especially on weekends
• Are a general hazard to navigation by being over-powered for such a narrow channel
• Generally disregard the fact they are in a residential neighborhood
